The four that matter are the database, replica access, who signs off, and what you're building next. The rest is so I know who I'm writing back to. Only your email and the database engine are required; answer the rest as far as you can. I read every one myself and reply by email. If it's a fit, you're invoiced once read access actually works, not before.
